Tradesman Supervisor

This position combines hands‑on electrical work with the responsibility of guiding apprentices and maintaining exceptional standards on high‑end construction sites. What You’ll Bring:
Experience and confidence in supervising, mentoring and supporting apprentices on site
Strong communication skills when dealing with builders, clients, apprentices and management
Clear, accurate day-to-day reporting to upper management
The capability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately
A solid understanding of current wiring rules and a commitment to safety and compliance
Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks, timelines and reporting

Education and Experience Requirements:
Post-trade experience: minimum 12 months
Qualified Supervisor Certification
White Card (CPCWHS1001)
NSW Driver’s Licence
Your own vehicle
Your own hand tools, power tools and testing equipment (preferred but not required)
Solar Grid Connect accreditation - (Design and Installation Certification) (highly favoured but not required)
Physical Requirements:
Ability to safely lift and carry electrical equipment and materials (up to 25kg or more) as required
Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces and performing typical on-site tasks
Capable of completing day-to-day job duties safely and efficiently
Performance Review:
Initial performance review period: 1 month
