Tradesman Supervisor

This position combines hands‑on electrical work with the responsibility of guiding apprentices and maintaining exceptional standards on high‑end construction sites. What You’ll Bring: 

  • Experience and confidence in supervising, mentoring and supporting apprentices on site 

  • Strong communication skills when dealing with builders, clients, apprentices and management 

  • Clear, accurate day-to-day reporting to upper management 

  • The capability to interpret construction drawings and plans accurately 

  • A solid understanding of current wiring rules and a commitment to safety and compliance 

  • Strong organisational skills to manage daily tasks, timelines and reporting

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Post-trade experience: minimum 12 months 

  • Qualified Supervisor Certification 

  • White Card (CPCWHS1001) 

  • NSW Driver’s Licence 

  • Your own vehicle 

  • Your own hand tools, power tools and testing equipment (preferred but not required) 

  • Solar Grid Connect accreditation - (Design and Installation Certification) (highly favoured but not required)  

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to safely lift and carry electrical equipment and materials (up to 25kg or more) as required 

  • Comfortable working on ladders, in confined spaces and performing typical on-site tasks 

  • Capable of completing day-to-day job duties safely and efficiently 

 

Performance Review:

Initial performance review period: 1 month
